Our Primary  and Secondary schools are co-educational - accommodating boys and girls from the ages of 2 years 6 months to 16 years. You are welcome to visit, preferably during school hours when you can see the children at work. We are happy to discuss your child's needs, answer questions and explain our policies and procedures.
The school operates from four buildings housing students from Foundation level t o Upper Secondary level in their respective buildings, with the administration offices of Primary and Secondary schools located within their respective buildings.
Welcome-Children's International School is one of the leading providers of first class Primary and Secondary education in Lagos, Nigeria today. We are indeed an International school with over twenty five countries represented in our student population. We offer a rich, diverse and stimulating extra-curricular programme that would appeal to most if not all of our students.

Year Five

In Year Five, Students get to grips with perfecting their Literacy and Numeracy skills while beginning the early stages of U.K. Common Entrance at 11 + examination skills and reviewing how the end of Key stage 2 S.A.T’s will affect their progress into Year six.

While they prepare for the serious things that await them in Year six, they also have fun learning about the many colourful characters of the Tudor era and how exploration made a terrific impact in the 16th century. The Victorians have a thing or two to say about innovative ideas and industrial diversity

They also take a fascinating look at the contrast of lifestyle in the U.K and review how water affects our land and our population as well as how coastlines define many of our fabulous continents.

They really enjoy science and endeavour to investigate all things plant-related as well as sharing with the school the coolest ways in which to keep healthy. They take trips to the Moon and circle the Sun, while understanding their place in this vast universe of ours.

They become talented in still life painting; sew cushions and build pots. Their musical rhythm is unrivalled, while they love learning French and understand how Islam and Christianity affect lives around the globe.

Year Five is diverse, full of adventure and is an exploration of this great world of ours.
